Development services
We support our customers with creative solutions at the very first and most important steps of creation of their product – design and development. We make the hardware design using computer simulations of circuits before any prototype is build. In a very close liaison at this stage is carried out the PCB design.
Electronic Prototyping
We create prototypes in preparation for validation and series production. Based on your PCB layout we start by producing empty circuit boards and then solder all necessary components. When your prototypes are ready, we need to evaluate them following strict procedures and debug any possible problems.
Manufacturing process
We use both Surface Mounting and Through Hole technology for PCB assembly. The whole process is put under continuous supervision. Every PCB assembly undergoes a series of test techniques including automatic optical inspection to ensure that products are reliable thus reducing field failures.
